Review: Weird Days

Bipolar Echo’s EP “Weird Days” combines a contrast of traditional hard rock with a progressive flavor. Five mid-tempo tracks are laiden with discontented lyrics.
One of the most interesting tracks is “Barbie Doll” about the stresses demanded of women, to be beautiful, raise a family, and hold a job. A great song if there is someone you desperately wish would just leave you alone.
Overall, everything is well-composed and catchy, well-suited for fishing, a cook-out, or relaxing with friends. I could even see Bipolar Echo making it to radio play fairly soon.

9/10
