Review: Endgame

The establishment is being undermined by uplifting, rebellious acts like Rise Against. Their newest release, “Endgame” is does not add new dimension to the identity of the band, but this is not a detriment, as Rise Against is widely popular with both mainstream and underground audiences.
Their lyrics are anti-government, anti-establishment, telling the stories of how modern politics and greed generate the evil that corrupts some of us, defeats others, and makes others into rebels. While they do this, their songs maintain high-energy beat. This energy is no less then uplifting. Combined with the lyrics, “Endgame” is another dose of octaine, charging the public with making a change.
